Singer sponsorships are $250 each. If you are sponsoring more than 1 singer using one donation, please make the amount of your donation at least as much as the appropriate multiple of $250. Be sure to provide the names of the singers you are sponsoring.

5. You may also use the Comments box to tell us how you would like to be listed in the program if it is different than the name on your credit card.
